These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "You") and zh999 (hereinafter "zh999", "the Platform", "the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zh999.biz and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the zh999 platform — including the sportsbook, live cricket betting section, zh999 Casino, slot games lobby, or any other product or service — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zh999 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all registered zh999 players regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located, the device they use to access the platform, or the product they primarily use. Specific product rules (e.g., sportsbook rules, casino game rules, slot RTP documentation) may supplement these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary product rules, the supplementary product rules shall prevail in relation to that specific product.

Access to and use of the zh999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active zh999 account:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zh999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering more than one account individually or in coordination with third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with zh999, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports market.

Game titles, artwork, and audio available through the zh999 Casino and Slot sections are the intellectual property of their respective game development studios. zh999 licenses these games under commercial agreements and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to players by making games available on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh999 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the zh999 platform, including but not limited to losses from: betting outcomes, game results, technical interruptions, unauthorised account access, third-party payment processing delays, or reliance on any information published on the platform.

zh999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match integrity violations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — zh999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform notification system or email to the registered account address.

Your continued access to or use of the zh999 platform after any amendment to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using zh999 and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh999 holds its gaming license.

The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where a different dispute resolution mechanism is specifically provided for herein.

Nothing in this clause limits zh999's right to take proceedings in any other jurisdiction where necessary to enforce any judgment, order, or award against a player.
